What happens when it's your turn? Every citizen must be concerned about this because it strikes at the heart of our legal system.

The following questions about Port Arthur need further investigation:

1. Who fired three shots at 6.30pm outside Clougha - a historic house inside the PAHS?

2. Where did the FN FAL Serial # G3434 come from? Martin Bryant did not own it, had never seen it before.

3. Who fired shots in the background of the telephone conversation with "Jamie" inside Seascape and why did the transcribers list them as "cough" instead of "gunshot"?

4. Why did Margaret Jacobs arrange a staff seminar to commence on a Sunday? If she did not select the date, time and agenda, who did and why? What other state government seminars were held on a Sunday in 1996 or the years since?

5. Why did Constable Chris Isles travel out of his jurisdiction to Port Arthur? He arrived at 1.55pm, speaking to Jim Laycock outside the Kodak Shop. The shooting began about 1.35pm, but it is an hour's drive from his jurisdiction in Sorell. What prompted Chris Isles to drive an hour south of his jurisdiction on a Sunday afternoon, forty minutes before the massacre began?

6. Who were the two women driving the gunman's yellow Volvo that Paul Cooper and Vicky McLaughlin saw on Tramway Street?

7. How completely were the instructions in Helen Harvey's will carried out? Did the Public Trustee transfer all her assets, including rights to the income from her father's Tatts Lotto shares, into Martin Bryant's account? If no, where are they now? If yes, how were they disposed of and distributed to victims?

8. Where is the glass jar of soap powder, recovered from Saltwater River by Constables Whittle and Hyland? Was it forensically tested for fingerprints and DNA?

9. Where are the eating utensils, plate and Solo can from the café gunman's tray. Were they forensically tested for fingerprints and DNA?

10. Why were staff of the newspapers not prosecuted for contempt of court, by publishing Martin Bryant's personal photographs without permission, before he had even been charged with any crime?

11. Why was the 22-bed refrigerated morgue truck disposed of, after the massacre?

12. Prosecution allege Martin shot David and Sally Martin. Two shots were heard from Seascape at 10.40am, yet Martin was putting $15 fuel in the Volvo at Taranna at 10.45am.
